The predecessor of Shanghai Xinyu Development Import & Export Co., Ltd. is Shanghai Xinyu Import & Export Co., Ltd. which was a comprehensive state-owned company of limited liability founded in March of 1993 with approval of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade Commission of Shanghai Municipality. During over ten years since its establishment, the company adhered to market orientation to continuously developed product sources and new trading fields.
